MI Analysis and Producing BAU Reports. ? Report Automation using VBA Macro scripting. ? Handle technical and business referrals/queries of customers. ? Provide technical and business support to team members. ? Creating Dashboards and KPI Summary templates. ? Manage all changes in MI reporting requirements and cascade among team. ? Data extraction for MI Packs using SQL scripts, SAS Classic MIS production and Cognos reports. ? Ensure that the team’s deliverables are on time and meets/ exceeds the quality SLA’s. ? Up to date with process changes and most recent process updates. ? Monitor and mentor the team and enable them to deliver their best by nominating them for required trainings, providing timely feedback.

 Collecting data from database and Cleaning, formatting the data using EXCEL. Handling multiple reports, working with formula, pivot tables & pivot charts, and various other excel components for accurate data. Extracting data from database to generate agent productivity report on daily basis and sharing it to the senior managers. Updating Data Tracker and MIS Dashboard on daily and weekly basis. Creating agent wise reports including break and log in / log out report on daily basis. Updating attendance dashboard and sending the report to Senior Manager. Ensure deliverables (Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports & Dashboard) are prepared to satisfy the project requirements cost and schedule. Excellent in MS Excel (Hlookup, Vlookup, lookup, Pivot Table & PivotTable Chart, Charts, Macro, Forms, data validation & Scenarios). Keep the operation informed of task accomplishment, issues and status. Preparing proactive checklist for database & important work to avoid future downtime. Sending MIS Reports to Senior Management. E-mailing reconciled decision making MIS Reports to senior members of the company with data visualization details using charts like Bar Chart & Pie Charts. Downloading transfer history data from the system database & ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of all reports. Preparing and analyzing reports & other statements with a view to apprise management of process operations and assist in critical decision-making process by using MS-Excel. Interacting with Support functions for smooth function of process & reporting etc. Generating both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed. Removing duplicate numbers from data through MS Excel (Tools and formula). Implementation feedback as per manuscripts given by client. Creating Microsoft Power Point presentation of executive summary to the client as per requirement of operation management. Perform quality and on time delivery SLA checks whenever required.
