• Currently responsible for the efficient management & control of field production operations• Lead group of PE & Sr. PE and guide them well completion, well testing plan & procedure, production optimization well wise. • Finalize well servicing plans, hardware, consumable required for implementation of all productivity enhancements & incorporation of latest HSE guideline as per OMR, DGH & state PCB. • Enhance the oil production by utilizing the quality technical decisions and experiences. • Optimization of artificial lift wells parameters to enhance wells production from ALF wells • Responsible for planning, budgeting and the drafting of detailed procedures• Finalize / approve deployment of resources including manpower, equipment etc to different installations / sections and maintenance activities to ensure optimum utilization or resources. • Generated operating procedures and daily / weekly / monthly production reports• Managed Sub-Contractors’ contracts, tracked operational costs and approved invoices. • Technical & commercial evaluation of equipment’s & service contracts.• Reviewed field well and inter-field infrastructure (flow & gas lines, inlet manifolds, collector).• Ensure implementation of safety guideline and compliance of statutory requirements, liaison with external agencies.

•Responsible for the efficient management & control of field production operations•Ensure that oil production targets are achieved and that production is increased as required by the company development plan.•Coordinating the activities of petroleum engineering group•Responsible for planning, budgeting and the drafting of detailed procedures for production, Workover and Shallow drilling and maintaining budget as budget keeper major part of field operation. •Monitoring and adjustment of the Operating OPEX /CAPEX budget as required•Coordination with service companies & local organizations for smooth and economical operation. •Production sharing with government as per PSU for each field •Ensuring that Field Operations are carried out safely in compliance with the PSA, Company Policies and Procedures•Operating 4 WO rigs run completion and various type of well repair worksCoordinating day to day operation and leading following prod groups:•Field production operation group•Diagnostic group (Well test , Slick line ,hot oil and wire line operations) •Production logging, Perforations and other logging related operations •Gas injection system, for artificial lift (6 compressors and gas supply wells) •Oil treatment & transportation to tank farm. •Production allocation well and layer-wise

•Provide production / petroleum engineering input for all wells, and support the planning of well operational and reservoir development activities. •Provide functional and technical support to, and be a technical link between, the production, Engineering and Reservoir Development teams. •Supervision and maintenance of Bovla oil and gas field. •Production monitoring maintenance, well testing programme, workover operation, electric and slick line operations and well control. •To follow the progress of the operating activities and up-date the relevant reports and work progress sheets.•Ensuring that optimum well performance is archived in a safe manner in accordance with HSE policy and good oilfield practice.•Archive technical data to suitable database. To prepare reports or studies of a technical-economic nature using new operating techniques and equipments. •Correspondences with government authorities DGH, DGMS & GoG. •Co-ordination & controlling of transportation of gas and custody transfers, gas measurements.•Planning and implementing laid down Safety standards as per DGMS requirements at the well site and the installation. •Respectful dealing with local employees and local support organizations.

* Production optimization and daily wells monitoring • Responsible for laying truck HP gas pipe line (65Km), & PE related activities including: –– Material procurement; – Monitor contractor works;– Protection of pipe from corrosion; – Leading 4 fabrication team; – Preparing daily work progress reports; – direct / indirect fired heaters;– Petroleum Engineering related activities production optimization, well services, well completion; – Field piping network optimization.
