• Reconcilable for Commercial activities for UP Zone dealing with east and west Zone Mobile & Accessories Distributor and Associates Service Partner. • Working on SAP 6.OC (SD MM FI Module)• Vendor Bill Processing, Checking, TDS and Service tax working, Reconciliation, FI clearing, FBCJ Booking in SAP.• Monthly UP VAT working as well as annual assessment working and legal compliance for UP Zone.• Monthly Stock audit, Form F against Stock transfer E Sancharan ( Form 38) Issued and received form From Branches.• Material Inward against PO, taking proper inventory of received material, and making GRN in SAP software and inform to sales team Get dispatches plan for the same.• Preparing Material for Dispatches Vide sales orders & STO raised by Sales Coordinators. • Coordinating with Logistics Partners for dispatching material within turn around time and confirm it with the Logistics Partners. • Responsible for zero error deficiency in stock. Updating daily stock and send it to Sales Team & HOD’s.• Handling SAP system for GRN and Dispatch of Invoices & STN received MWH as well as others• Branch.

• To oversee the daily operations of the store, Maximize the customer experience. • Control expenses, shrinkage and inventory levels in the store.• Shorting defective items out of the stock and observing its appreciates disposal.• Making daily reports from outlets & consolidated reports send to HQ.• Checking physical Vs Sap Stock of retails counters. Reconciliation of Cash credit card cheque and finance between branch and outlets.• Complete MIS Reports to HQ. Maintaining retails counter Imprest & Collection accounts.• Receivable / Payable Management • Preparing and following up of bills receivables after invoicing to debtors, conducting ageing analysis with an aim to keep receivables under control.• Ensuring that all payments are made to suppliers within the stipulated time frame and managing accounts payable within the pre-set parameters
