* Focal point for customer's shipping requests for sea air & Land freight. * Coordinate with internal operations on all shipping requests.* Handling special products AOG & Ship spare parts* Provide freight solutions to customers for sea, air & Land freight.* Develops relationships with allocated customers* Manage end to end shipment life cycle liaising with all internal and external stakeholders* Proactively informs customer on shipment status, exceptions and provides intermediate updates on incident solution* Provides spot quotations and closes contract* Takes and handles customer inquiries* Responsible for all KPIs and SLAs agreed with allocated customers* Takes and registers all customer complaints* Drives solution of customer complaints by solving it directly or assigning tasks to other function* Acts as first contact point for customer claims; supports customer in notification and reception of claims, provides claims documents, collects required documents from claimant and hands over to specialized claims handlers when documents are complete* Ensure seamless transaction liaising with Pricing and Billing teams

*Handling the export , import sea/air shipments *Offering export quotations and price negotiations*Coordinate with clients for necessary documents for Customs clearance*Coordination with CHA for timely clearance.*Arranging Transportation & Warehousing Facility for Customers *preparing Export/Import Documentation,*Preparation HBL & HAWB & Manifest thru Company Software (ERP)*Filing of AMS for ocean shipments*Sending ISF to Consignee broker for filing*Updating the clients regarding the status of consignments from time to time*Preparing daily, weekly and monthly consignment statements and provide the same through e- mail to the clients*Coordinating with transport department of the organization to ensure timely delivery of the consignment to the clients*Sending Pre Alert Mail to overseas office with attached required document for clearance in overseas offices.*Follow up with Overseas Offices for timely delivery the Shipments to client
