Started my career as a Core PHP / LAMP Developer working on multiple off-shore projects with different clients.Worked for a startup company for 2 years and then moved into the corporate world for the next 2 years and now... working as a Freelancer, mostly as a Design consultant.Spent 2 years being the Usability Lead in Deloitte, mainly working on the UX, UI, Sharepoint Customization and requirement analysis of the projects. And also single-handedly communicated with the clients, PMs, BAs, Developers, QA & other team members to learn all aspects of a project life cycle and all around how to handle issues / take decisions in all phases and parts of the work, be it design, code, testing, post-production support and more. I am now working as a freelance UX / UI expert and also working as a stable Design / IT consultant to a couple of companies. Learning the ropes, understanding the business and people to one day successfully become an entrepreneur and having my own Design firm.I get the advantage of understanding the back-end code since I started off as a developer, which gives me a leverage over the discussions and constraints of the development effort and also to actually understand the team, their expectations, their deliverable and technology constraints. .And since now I'm more of a UX Designer / UI Developer, I continue to update myself with regards to design concepts, new platforms, technologies and current best practices / trends, while assuring an additional touch of my own personal taste in the designs / products I provide :)Few terms that describe my skills - UI Developer, UX Designer, Design Consultant, Freelancer, Web Researcher, Front-end Development, Sharepoint Designer, Web Designing, Content writing, open to new technologies, energetic & Fun !!! :) Thank you for taking out the time to read this & Have a lovely day !!!
