There were several high-intensity projects with tight deadlines running in parallel but he managed them well without burning the resources. As it was an off-shore operation, things weren't smooth more often than not. But he greatly minimised the pressure on development teams while setting reasonable expectations. Though he was playing a management role he had a great sense of technology.
