I joined Globsyn Group in 2008 as a Management Trainee just after completing my MBA studies. Since then I have been involved in various projects including digital media related activities, implementation of e-learning platform for business school students, content development, corporate projects, designing and handling company events, etc.Currently as a part of the Marketing Team of the company I am handling all digital properties of the Group and I am reporting to the Joint Managing Director of the company.Responsibilities:- Conceptualizing and Implementing different ‘Online Social Media’ initiatives using social media channels to promote Globsyn Business School and Globsyn Skills brand among its target groups and increase engagement.- Business Development (Generating Leads, Interacting & Following up with leads, and converting them into business) of ‘Globsyn Business School’ using online mediums like Website and Social Media.- Designing and Running different paid campaigns on Facebook and Google.- Updating and maintaining all Globsyn Group websites. Currently in charge of 8 websites- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)- Design and develop content for different e-marketing collaterals (e-mailers, brochure, flyers etc.) of the company- Working closely with the sales team and help them in different promotional activities.- Research and implementation of new marketing tools for the company.During this time I have successfully converted the Globsyn Business School website to a complete sales channel from just an information channel. This is currently contributing a significant amount business.
