Project Title - Category development of Sexual Wellness (kamasutra brand) in Modern TradeProject Deliverable -Straegising ways to increase the no. of listings and sales of category products through modern trade.-Introduction of account and geography specify listings and products of sexual wellness category.-Identified various touch points for sales and evaluate their impact on the visibility of the category in modern retail stores.Project Recommendations - -Recommended the concept of assorted packets and to introduce account specific SKUs and listings in modern retail stores -Able to identify new gender specific purchase points like undergarments section for men, sanitary napkin section for women.-Identified parasites and shelves near billing counter as the most effective purchase and visibility point for the category.Achievement-Awarded the Best Summer Intern Award in FMCG Business category out of 12 interns.

Worked as a Team Member in Unit Automation Testing Team in Technological Business Unit of my Company.My Project was MetraTech - A cloud Billing Server owned by Ericsson. My Role included writing scripts for automating the manual test cases in C# language , interacting with clients side regarding bugs in test case , planning of sprint stories , resolving day to day issues in smoke servers.Project Performance--Automated a count of 220 test cases in 27 active sprints at an average of 8 test cases per sprint-Corrected around 67 failed test cases which contributed to around 30% of total team’s performance Initiative--Introduced Peer Code Review concept that reduced the failures in smoke servers to around 50%-Spearheaded team of 3 members designated the task of routine maintenance of Central RepositoryAchievement-Achieved Top Performer of Project title for 2 consecutive months for valuable contribution to project
