I am currently associated with Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd where I am responsible for the following activities -🔘Establishing strong communication channels and partnership with teams within and outside the company. 🔘Providing strategic support to all key stakeholders in company viz C.O.O, RO Heads, Department Heads and Cluster Heads.🔘Facilitating planning and coordination among projects to increase effectiveness and efficiency. 🔘Identifying and measuring KPI’s of all the departments, divisions and projects. 🔘Helping to review the organisation performance : Review and reporting of Planned vs Actual with identification of the cause of delay and also report the same to Head Office.

The Research work deals with the analysis of cost that is been exhausted in the Quality inspection for pipelines in transportation of water and gas. It also highlight the current technologies that are being used for the inspection purposes with also showcasing the Quality management system parameters that defines the quality leadership model by automation in inspection

The training was comprised of the Residential Survey (Amrita Shergill Marg, Kautilya Marg, Feroz Shah Road, Aurangzeb Road, Prithviraj Road, Golf Links & Panchsheel Marg) of the High End residential properties located in Central Delhi. It also involved a basic Research on RERA, Impact of RERA on stakeholders of Real Estate. Also the impact of GST on Real Estate and possible incoming of REIT were studied.The training helped me in developing an insight about the Real Estate of India and to know Delhi/NCR Residential well as it also helped me developing good communication skills, Proficiency with Data Entry on MS Excel as well as enhanced my confidence many folds.
