▪ As a Field Operations Supervisor (Audits & Inspections), Handled all day-to-day operations in India including technical communication with client, Specific client SOP preparation, training to all field QA’s, presenting quality related analysis to major clients, complaint handling, doing client wise quality/defect analysis & surprise audits on field QA’s.▪ Product Category Handled – Apparel, Home Textiles, Hardgoods, Toys & some of electrical items.▪ Team leaded – Group of 25 field QA inspectors at India, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Lesotho, Egypt and back-office team of 6 members.

▪ As a Technical coordinator (Inspections), Initially I have been allotted for inspection report reviewer and later promoted to client communication, scheduling (allocation of inspectors to respective jobs) & complaint handling for many buyers.▪ Product Category Handled – Apparel, Home Textiles & Hardgoods.

I handled the project at PRATIBHA SYNTEX PVT.LTD (Indore, M.P) for implementation of quality standards and I did Pre final & Final inspection for buyers like Hanes, Roots, MEC, Wool Worth, Cotton Ginny, Kathmandu, Pants to Poverty etc..At the time of working I cleared in GATE exam and went for my higher studies (M.Tech Textiles).
