Liaise with the different business unit for their recruitment needs and determine current staffing needsSourcing candidates on social networks and niche platforms (e.g. Github, Behance)Advertising jobs internally and externallyResponsible for the full spectrum of HR functionsResponsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. (e.g. Posting of advertisement, Shortlisting/Interviewing of candidates, Preparing of offer package)Handling of all employee onboarding and offboarding processParticipate and executive in the HR program to drive employee retention, engagement and development.Ensure all employee records are properly maintained in accordance with company policies and compliance with MOM guidelinesHandling all work pass related matters (e.g. application, renewal, cancellation)Processing of employee insurance claimsAssisting HR Manager with day-to-day HR Department operation which include but not limited to the monitoring of daily attendance, process of recruitment including shortlisting/vetting of candidates, assisting with interviews process and issuing employment letters/contractsSupporting HR Manager with regard to internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR DepartmentProcessing payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefitSupporting HR-related training programs, activities, workshops and seminarsCoordinating of any internal and external training programOverseeing HR events, meetings and coordinating management-employee communicationCompiling, maintaining and updating paper, digital and electronic employee records including holiday and sickness leavesContinuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency and ensure smooth operation of the HR departmentEntering and updating employee data into computer database while maintaining and safeguarding vital employee records
