 Working in Database Performance Tuning team.  Global Support Engineer (GCS) ( level 3 ) for Metalink , whereby I accept support request in the form of SR and help in solving customer issues.  Analyzing the AWR / STATSPACK, ADDM, ASH, SQLT reports for detecting the performance bottlenecks.  Provide the solution for the performance bottlenecks in queries by analyzing the Explain Plan and also by using DBMS_SQLTUNE package.  Analyzing the 10046, hanganalyze, systemstate ,errorstack traces to identify the root cause and rectify the database hang or slowness.  Specialized in troubleshooting and solving ORA-00600 / 7445 ,  Handling highly escalated / Critical issue related to the customer.  Documentation of many issue / troubleshooting which are now live on metalink note section.  Database Diagnostic and Tuning components related issues and troubleshooting
