Day to Day Recruitment Activities:• Managing End to End Recruitment for Automotive / Engineering positions.• Sourcing CV’s from Naukri, Shine and Linkedln portals for Open positions.• Done Mapping and Head-Hunting for critical positions.• Effective use of Bulk-Mail, Job Postings, Employee Referral and Passing information through Text messages.• Brief candidates about client, project requirements and compensation.• Initial screening of profile with reference to Educational Qualification, Total Experience, and Relevant Skill sets, Communication skills, Team Compatibility & Attitude.• Tele-interviewing the candidates initially and forwarding the profiles to the• respective clients.• Once CV is selected, arranging interview's for the candidates as per their availability.• Follow-up with the candidates before the interview.• Negotiation on CTC and Notice period with the identified candidates and explaining about the salary structure.• Receiving feedback of the interview from the hiring manager and proceed further to send regret mail if not selected or collect pay-slips, increment letter and employee application form if selected.• Post recruitment follow up of the candidate and the client until the candidate joins the respective organization.Day to Day Operational Activities:• Maintaining Daily tracker on the Open positions.• Co-ordinating with the Team Lead about the requirements daily.• Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports for regular review meetings with the Talent Acquisition team.• Monitoring the status of the profiles, sent to the client.• Sending Greeting Mails for the Joined candidates.
