 Managing and providing feedback on complaints (Customer/Internal/Supplier) & Implement corrective actions for non-conforming work or departure from policies and procedures as presented in QMS. PDCA approach of problem solving. Investigate the problem & finding the solution to eliminate there by controlling the quality, verify and validate, implement robust action (Poka Yoke) for occurrence and detection.

 Responsible for all of the part issues that is being reported inline, customer end and accountable for producing the intermittent actions to support the line production and permanent counter measure for arresting the problems for the further occurrences in future.  QR6S approach of Problem Analysis: Investigating the problems up to its roots to eliminate the problems.
