• Handling Key accounts with 10000+ part numbers worth of 5Mn$. • Ensure the parts serviceability balance out tractors and parts for heritage machines, monitoring and maintain the inventory with in the target• Initiating quick win kits, Service kits, Campaign orders• Finalize the aftermarket child parts sales price and maintain P&L• Control the department focus cost budget within the targets.

• Responsible for domestic & Export of fuel pump module (Pump, filter with sender unit) and fuel pump, Filter, sender units (Fuel level sensing) to major automobile manufacturers. (Hyundai –India, Turkey, Korea) Ford, Toyota (India, Brazil) etc) • Handling new projects from initial bidding to product SOP.• New Project capacity analysis within the organization and selection of suppliers for sub parts, making agreements like NDA, BPA, Tooling Agreements.• Settle the price with suppliers and obtain cost reduction on year on year. Follow up with RM price movements and make the necessary changes in final price.• Coordinating customer various audits, ford MMOG audits, customer process audits etc. • Coordination with commercial team for availing FTA, CEPA, EPCG benefits, Advance license for Import Parts and tools, MEIS, other benefits for export and import goods.• Study and implement the feasibility of localization, value engineering and value analysis to reduce the cost.• Working as a key member in inventory control, 5S, ISO Audits etc.• Ensuring spare parts supply to aftermarket divisions of all OEMs. ( Ford PDC ,Hyundai Mobis, Toyota )
