• Morning meeting with the team members to communicate previous day updates.• To ensure good housekeeping maintained at their zone. • First Part approval with the help of sign sample & control plan, process sheet• Inspecting the working line every hour, checking the making part with the help of the customer drawing, process sheet, control plan parameters, whether all its dimensions are correct or not.• To ensure only required instruments and gauges in required quantity arranged and maintained records also.• Responsible complete quality document. • Daily red bin analysis.• Responsible good quality and in-process inspection and quality control.• Maintain 5s on machine floor.• Daily maintain quality report and submit it.• Responsible for daily rework & rejection control.• Responsible for identify the material with tag and marking.• Daily use all type quality instruments and good quality.
