Supporting Business units like global finance, India Sales, Marketing, Talent Acquisition Group, Human Resource, Academy, Outreach & HRSS. EAS IPM, DCX, Responsibilities:• Handled volume and Lateral requirements across different business horizontals. • Participate in Weekly Business Team Meeting to discuss about the requirement status and suggest solutions or guide them based on the situation• Location SPOC for Job boards like Naukri and Monster for effective utilization. • Location SPOC for Vendor Management so as to ensure only critical and niche skills are shared the vendors and share feedback on regular basis. • Weekly and monthly reviews on the hiring targets given to the entry level team. • Location SPOC for voice requirements (HRO and technical support) being tough reqs to close • Responsible for the performance of 2 contract hires in the team. • Mentor for new joiners in the team. • Core member for Central assessment team (CAT) to ensure decline in attrition rates • Engaged with the business team to understand the current situation on the requirement flow• Initiate Onboarding process (collecting documents, reference check, offer, relocation process, ID creation, Welcome Email , etc …)• Vendor Management ( Posting, screening, rate negotiation, etc ) • Training New hires within the team• Maintaining Zero Compliance issue
