First Digital Head for Mahindra Holidays and set-up the digital marketing team from scratch.Elected as the head of the Mahindra digital council (elected by my peers across various other Mahindra group companies) to guide the entire group’s digital marketing strategy.Raised the profile of Club Mahindra making it one of India’s best managed holiday brands on digital. This was gauged by the number of successful campaigns across our digital channels and also mentions in the press. Maintained a high-performance online channel for sales by implementing an LMS, optimized using A/B split-testing and multivariate analysis. Effectively used various channels like search, display advertising, affiliate, and ad networks to contribute to the digital channel. Today, digital is one of the most important (and cost-effective) contributors to sales for Mahindra Holidays. Conceptualized and executed several Web 2.0 initiatives. Became one of the few companies in India to initiate corporate blogging and podcasting. These collaborative initiatives foster better engagement with customers and the travel community.

Awarded the best-performing employee for the India office 2 years in a row, and also had an opportunity to meet K.Y. Lee (CEO of BenQ) in Taiwan as part of a program that mentored Top Performers.A key resource of the marketing communications team, which spanned across the company’s MarCom activities in the Asia Pacific BU. In lieu of my performance, was chosen to additionally handle and spear-head the digital marketing responsibilities of Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Dubai for the group.

Involved in the requirements, analysis, and design stages of web application projects. Developed an interest in Digital Marketing here, and pursued my interests and projects in the domain.
