Our global headquarters are in Irving Texas.Responsibilities :- Managing full recruitment life cycle (Requirement Gathering, Sourcing, Scheduling, Coordination, Involvement in selection process, Offer Negotiation, Approval, Offer preparation, On-boarding)- Handled almost all Testing and Development technologies in the market and successfully delivered the resources within TAT. - Managing team and mentoring to achieve KRA’s.- Developing & implementing daily/weekly/ monthly recruitment plans for the role & band specific hiring.- Sourcing & shortlisting resumes from different channels (Job Boards, Recruitment Consultant, Employee Referrals, Professional Networking, Social Media etc.,), as per the requirements, setting benchmarks & facilitating interviews.- Planning & executing recruitment drives for mass hiring at different locations.- Improve efficiency of the process – Turnaround Time to hire, interview process, Quality of hires, Conversion of shortlisted resources to onboarding. - SPOC for campus hiring.- Handling global referral program across organization.- Ensuring recruitment process is in line with organizational process and policies.- Regular interaction with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs & expectations.- Identifying the new vendors, negotiating the T&C and validating them for Vendor empanelment.
