Tasked with ensuring the smooth flow back into an offline mode for the only official robotics society under the Technology Student's Gymkhana, IIT Kharagpur.Leading a team of over 30 members to organise several events, and managing funds of over INR 1,50,000.

Worked with a team of over 20 people to successfully organize the pan India Inter IIT Tech Meet. Coordinated and managed over 12 events covering various sectors.Fully responsible for the problem ideation, fine-tuning, and conduction of two events.Ensured transparency and managed critical issues to ensure smooth conduction of the entire tech meet with a combined representation of 22 IITs as equal stakeholders.

Worked on building baselines of language models involving emojis for stance identification of Twitter source-reply tweet pairs.Worked with several ML models, and successfully created strong baselines.
