With over 23 years of work experience, I am a passionate Avionics engineer and leader, dedicated to developing and delivering cutting-edge solutions for the defense and aerospace sector. I have a master's degree in Aeronautics from Cochin University of Science and Technology, another masters in Signal Processing and Communication from DIAT, Pune. I have also undergone postgraduate degrees in management studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and IIM Bangalore. As the joint director at Aeronautical Development Agency, I was involved in the development of a new generation naval fighter for the Indian Navy. I have now taken retirement from the service and exploring challenging roles in aerospace domain.My tenures in the Indian Naval Aviation saw me hold crucial leadership roles in Fighter aircraft Operations and Maintenance, Head of Quality Assurance divisions at Avionics repair centers, Head of the complete Avionics repair, Testing and inspection units at two air stations, with one being onboard the aircraft carrier as well as the head of Avionic repair and testing department at the Naval Aviation MRO as the chief manager where I headed the avionics repair, servicing, testing, design and development team at the largest aviation MRO of the Indian Navy. Throughout my tenures, I have always lead multidisciplinary and specialised teams of 100+ men and women, both uniformed and civilians, employed in specialized workshops that housed facilities for repair and testing of various aircraft systems and components. I have also led multiple projects like Modifications on aircrafts, System integration and trials, weapon integration trials on attack helicopters etc.
