I deliver lectures on courses, Fundamentals of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Under Graduates-UG), Principle of Electrical Engineering (UG), VLSI system design (UG), Analog VLSI Design (UG), Analog IC design (Post Graduates-PG), and Analog Devices and Circuits (UG), to the students. Presently guiding three Ph.D. students, and guided around 20 UG batches in their projects. And was involved in academic works like course framing, lab manual design, and technical event management. Also, I coordinated the first annual conference, CADEC-2019 (2-3 March 2019), at our department in the capacity of conference chair and proceeding editor. I am using the Cadence design tool (Full-custom), Microwind, Multisim, Orcad, and Python programming in my academic and research activity.

In this research work, I have designed and tested an energy harvesting integrated chip intended to harvest thermal energy from a thermoelectric generator. One of the design specifications of the energy harvesting chip is self-starting and batteryless working. The design of the chip was completed using a Cadence® analog environment and a prototype chip was fabricated in 130 nm CMOS technology under the MOSIS MEP research program. The chip was tested and a startup voltage of 50 mV and a peak efficiency of 65% was achieved. The measurement also shows an improved circuit start-up time or transient settling time.
