The fellowship journey is full of opportunities and challenges. Getting transferred to the Aspirational district of Narmada was one such extraordinary experience.Key highlights-:1) Worked with the Middle managers of the government primary schools of the Nandod block of Narmada.2) Worked and supported them on their skill building capacity as well as on their leadership skills.3) Travelled to different schools in the interiors of Narmada to identify the needs and requirements of school before intervention.4) Supported stakeholders during school programs, evaluation and monitoring processes of the school.5) Facilitated and designed workshop for the teachers.6) Initiated the 'black paint' project in the schools.

Worked in the District Transformation Program. Provided Field support and Facilitation at the block and cluster levels.Key highlights were:1) Working on skill building and leadership skills of the middle managers in the district of Surat2) Creating strategies and plans and effective execution on the field in improving the SLO (school learning outcome) together with implementing government schemes3) Supporting stakeholders during school programs, monitoring and evaluation processes in schools4) Conducting regular workshop for teachers5) Skilled at writing success stories, field report documentation, blogging and presentation.Key initiatives and achievements:Student Learning Outcome1) Provided stakeholder support to enhance classroom teaching and improving Student Learning Outcome2) Provided support in implementing new coaching tools like CNAT and TIPPSSchool Based Intervention1) Initiated functional libraries in two schools of Surat.
