The Secaucus Health Department is the local health department for the Town of Secaucus that works under the State of New Jersey and Federal Health Departments. I was trained to work for the Health Department and coordinated the Secaucus Coronavirus Vaccine Site with a team to enforce registration procedures for over 75% of the town residents. I promoted outreach and educated over 22,000 residents on COVID-19 related regulations at the municipal/local level while also assisting with research and interpretation of State and Local Executive Orders for the community. I completed and distributed 90% of all business health licenses and pet licenses for the 2021 and 2022 business years.-Created and executed innovative ideas to find more straightforward ways to schedule and administer vaccines and boosters to town residents - Conducted four research projects related to communicable disease data to assist a local Health Department with an evaluation of community health data and assessment -Addressed any resident concerns over COVID-19 procedures, executive orders, and vaccine hesitancy
