• Design campaign proposals and oversee campaigns for and with stakeholders to drive sales and website visits• Order, organize, and prepare samples for various high-profile clients• Establish, activate and manage an integrated strategy across multi-channel, multi-territory accounts• Lead influencer communications—from direct outreach to active coaching on content development• Negotiate contracts, and manage, track, and support execution of contractual deliverables• Lead complex and cross-functional projects across an organization• Manage multiple clients each day as well as influencers, and maintain open communication• Create monthly campaign recaps to track program KPIs, marketing metrics and ensure that both the content being shared, and partnerships are meeting goals• Design marketing and PR campaign recaps and include analytics for each influencer activated• Coordinate deliveries across the United States and actively follow influencer posts to present to clients—fulfill and manage all product seeding requests• Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis to ensure influencer amplification is as impactful as possible• Utilize frequent A/B testing to improve campaigns
