History: Joined CitiFinancial as collection officer in Jan-03. Establish collection set up for Bhopal & Promoted as Assistant Manager in March -2004. Taken charge of entire state Madhya Pradesh in March 2005 for all product collection (PL, HL, SF, TW) & promoted as Manager in oct-2005. In 2008 Taken additional responsibility State Chhattisgarh for PL collection with next due promotion to Assistant Vice President and after delivering consistent better performance moved to Central region for handling all major locations (Agra, Kanpur, Lucknow, Dehradun, Gwalior, Bhopal, Indore & Jabalpur) in Feb-2009. Moved to Mumbai in Oct-2009 to take the new assignment of Mortgage FIP for Entire west region covering major locations of Maharashtra & Gujrat including Mumbai Based out of Mumbai, Moved to Indore in April-2012 to Handle All product Collection ( Personal Loans, Recoveries, Mortgage & Mortgage FIP) for Madhya Pradesh & presently handling the same, Achievements: Awarded in May-2010 for best FIP performing region (Goa) Awarded in Feb-2010 for outstanding FIP Management (Kerala) Awarded in 2004 for Lowest NCL/ANR (Srilanka) Awarded in 2005 for best performance (Malaysia)
