 Provides Global Enterprise Network Support to CLSA/SCB. Responsible for Change Management & Incident Management of CLSA/SCB. Ensures network connectivity between PE-CE for both SCB/CLSA. Configuring, troubleshooting PE/CE routers. Implementing, troubleshooting VLAN, VTP, STP for CLSA/SCB. Implementing & troubleshooting HSRP. Co-ordinating with BT Counterparts Team / Local Supplier globally for diagnosing Network Issues.  Coordinating with Cisco TAC, juniper, Riverbed & Nortel for device’s hardware as-well-as software issues. Interacting with Global Customers time-time to deliver network performance reports. Preparing network Performance reports/ Firewall reports etc. On a daily basis.

 Responsible to manage 150 remote sites of I.O.B. for their WAN links including Delhi/NCR, Western U.P., and Eastern Haryana as connected with Delhi node. Managing WAN Support as a Central Coordinator on CISCO 3700 series. Managing Leased, MPLS & ISDN lines connectivity for all remote locations. Managing LAN connectivity in Regional Office including VLAN, Port Security etc. Vendor Management as per SLA. Coordination with MTNL / BSNL for resolving the WAN issues within committed SLA in case of link failures. Up gradation of existing WAN network to MPLS and IOS up gradation. Migrating from Convention Circuits to Channelized E1 circuits after configuring the specified CISCO 3700 Series Routers at Central Node as well as CISCO 1800 Series (1841) in other sites. Managing a team of Field Support Engineers to complete the assigned tasks on time including installation, configurations and migration of Routers and Leased Line/ISDN Circuits for all over the networks. Commissioning of new WAN Links for branches and ATMs before deadline. Looking after Branches as well as ATMs for total connectivity while banking hours and getting up the newly commissioned WAN links. Monitoring of LAN & WAN Links, Bandwidth Utilization through monitoring tool called Spectrum tools.
