This visionary project not only improved mechanization access for small farmers but also garnered numerous accolades, including the IDC Digital Disruptor Award, recognition from ASSOCHAM, Best Startup Company, SABRE and Porter’s Prize award.

• Lead the Company from drawing up the Board Plan to the establishment of complete Manufacturing facility within 2 years time. Ensured the operational planning and successful execution of the project.• • Developed a three year strategy and plan for Sales as well as new product introductions.• Instrumental in introducing LEMKEN, a renowned German Agriculture Implement Company with a 300 plus-years heritage in India. Led the charge in introducing cutting-edge technological implements, building relationships- from grassroots to corporate boardrooms & has been instrumental in securing the best deals.

• Designed and developed strategy for market expansion in unexplored areas of good potential in the rural segments.• Responsible for providing Channel funding to Dealers and Retail finance for tractors to Customers.• Analysing market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to forecast sales and plan future marketing strategies.Highlights• From a loss making Organisation from a low base of 1400 units to a Break Even Company during 2007 – 08 by selling 4300 units.

• Developed an effective blend of best sales practices, team work based culture, combined with execution of organisation goals and strategies which supported the turnaround of the company from Manufacturing oriented company to a Business oriented company.• Lead a core team of 50 members in Sales, Marketing and after market support who were instrumental in Business expansion from 60000 units to 110000 units in 2 years time period.
