 Responsible for implementing different types of materials & spares with consumables stock maintained, and execution of materials to the respective department for the smooth function of the entire operation and maintenance in the power plant. Responsible for controlling entire store operations with accountability to streamline the entire system of receipt, storage, issue, inventory and delivery management. Responsible for entire Stores activity pertaining to Material Receipt, Issue, Storage, Accounting and Perpetual Inventory, periodical physical verifications of materials. Inward Materials quality inspection by QA & QC / user department and preparing goods receipt note, clearance of invoice for payment. F.I.F.O.(First in –first out) system is implemented in the warehouse for issues materials to the production or operation department. Inward materials tagging & identification with kept on appropriate Locations in the warehouse for easy access. Maintaining of minimum/maximum stock and Re-Ordering Levels. Prepare local purchase order and work order and coordinate with a local vendor. Consumable items procurement planning as per minimum stock.
