I am an experienced Mechanical Engineer with detailed knowledge in mechanical packages including HVAC System, Refrigeration (Chiller), Cooling Tower and Centrifugal pumps. I have acted as Area Lead engineer (HVAC) and have been focal point for interdisciplinary, vendor and client interface in my past projects.I have extensive experience in FEED design and detailed engineering of Mechanical packages and HVAC System for extremely cold (-45 degree Celsius) and hot (+55 degree Celsius) and highly contaminated ambient conditions for both Modular and Stick built concepts. I am well versed with the industry codes and standards and software such as SPR, Autocad, Navisworks.WORK PROFILE:• Front End Engineering design (FEED) and detailed engineering for mechanical packages and HVAC system.• Preparation of contractual specifications, equipment data sheets, request for quotations (RFQs) and purchase requisitions.• Heat load calculation, Air flow and ducting instrumentation, piping and instrumentation diagram preparation, equipment selection, duct sizing, fabrication and construction drawing review. • Pressurization calculation, Chemical Air Filtration and System Design for Clean room application.• Prepare Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Material take off (MTO) and manage equipment list.• Technical Bid Review, Evaluation and Clarification meetings with bidders to resolve open points.• Kick Off and weekly review meetings with the equipment (mechanical package) supplier.• Vendor document review, consolidation of interdisciplinary and client comments and final resolution with vendor.• Attend Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), 3D model reviews, HAZOP reviews for Mechanical packages. • Assist System Integration, Commissioning and Resolution of site informal and formal queries (SIQ).
