• O&M of core equipment of BSNL WiMax n/w in Punjab Circle. • Troubleshooting of various problems related to convertors, BBBI and RRU.• Software and patch up gradation of ASN, BTS.• Tracing of whole Punjab subscriber by their MAC address through LMT.• Provide expertise solution to any issue related to WiMax network.• Excellent knowledge of NMS client (IManager2000) of Huawei.• Generation and preparation of the Traffic reports on daily basis and analyze the reports with the client (BSNL) to increase the efficiency of the n/w.• Configuration of the VPN in Wimax N/W.• Handled the issues regarding LAC and LNS in the VPN.

 Working as O&M Engineer in Shimla Region. Supervision of around 20 sites in shimla cluster. O&M Cordinator as well as diesel coordinator of WTTIL, QUIPPO & Vodafone sites of around 500 sites in HP region. Maintain full record of Electricity Bills of all the sites. Alarm escalation of all the sites. Prepare diesel bill. Resolve all faults issue related to Site.
