I migrated from India to Australia in 2003 and in that time, I have matured from a young student to a confident leader with strong ambitions for the future. Life has taught me many things over my 20 years of industry experience ranging from IT Education, Business Ownership, Consulting, Project Delivery and Leadership coupled with experience across organisations, across industries and across roles in the delivery space. I am known for my ability to communicate and build relationships that span across a range of business stakeholders at all levels from end users to C-level and across a diverse range of skills within IT. I am a passionate leader who believes in genuinely caring for my people and empowering them to be the best professionals and potential leaders of the future. I have created and built many successful practices ranging in size from 10 to 330 people at various organisations in Consulting, Utilities and the Financial industry. I am an advocate of personal branding and networking. This has led me to build a public profile through articles that I have authored which have been published in national and international websites.
