With over a decade of service in the Singapore Army, I am an expert in military operations and training development. As a commando, I have demonstrated leadership and crisis management skills, both during exercises and real-time crises.In addition to my operational expertise, I have a passion for training and development. As a course coordinator, planner, and trainer, I have ensured the quality and effectiveness of the training programs, as well as the safety and performance of the trainees. Furthermore, I have enhanced the technological aspects of our operations by liaising with vendors for technological implementations. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Project Management (Honors) from University College Dublin, which complements my skills in strategic planning and project management. I am committed to excellence and continuous improvement, and I seek opportunities where I can apply my skills and experience to contribute to meaningful projects and organizations.
