- Implement and maintain quality management systems to ensure consistency, traceability, and accountability in facilities management processes- Plan and carry out monthly quality audit to all cluster’s operation with site operation team- Perform audit checks and site checks on Facility Management works (M&E, ACMV, Fire system, Cleaning, Horti services, etc) for respective clusters/camps- Identify non-conformities, deficiencies, or areas for improvement during audits and inspections.- Coordinate with site operation team to prepare for other audit by authorities, and lead to ensure implementation of necessary CAPA- Liaison for authority audit and/or other audits in Camps- Prepare and submit audit report to account manager- Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability to promote continuous improvement and adherence to quality objectives.- Lead, supervise and support QC Officers to carry out their roles and responsibilities

Honeywell Aerospace Singapore - Review and revise regulatory requirements, company policy, exposition document and procedures including the scope of work & capability list periodically.- Liaison for the company with the airworthiness authorities, customers or external body on matters relating to the company’s quality management system.- Perform root cause correction action (RCCA) for internal and customer rejects as well as drive quality initiatives- Implement of a quality audit system to review work activities and develop continuous improvement via kaizen events and rapid problem solving -Conduct system, product and process audits to ensure compliance with requirements as per AS9100 and regulatory requirements (completed AS9100:2009 Rev C Internal Auditor Course)- Conduct training sessions for QA staff and inspectors.- Perform annual supplier review/assessment and renewal- Perform inspection on suspected unapproved parts- Release export control paperwork - Review and revise regulatory expositions and local work instructions- Bi-weekly review of EASA and FAA Airworthiness Directives - Review the authorisation of certification annually to determine the competency of technical personnel certifying staff and in-process inspectors- Lead Process control planning & Execution (PCPX) projects ( A3, FMEA and control plan included)- Analyze data for supplier ppm, supplier rejects, COPQ and generate report for management team.- Part of the Honeywell Operating System (HOS) Steering Committee and Honeywell Safety Committee
