Hi everyone, I am Aryaditya Chatterjee a 3rd year law student.I have always believed in one thing which is hardwork and pushing past your limits to achieve your goals . My area of interests are criminal and commercial law .I have experience in drafting Writ Petitions, Objections,482 petitions,NCLT objections/ applications,various types of applications and finding case laws .I have also prepared a good number of legal notices and provided reply to the the same.Most of the matters which I have dealt on are related to company, property and bank matters.I have been involved in research and drafting of petitions for the biggest banks of the country in high court and nclt cases.I am well aquainted with property and banking laws in India.I also have some experience in preparing applications for probate in cases where succession laws apply.I have also given legal opinions related to banking and property cases.Moreover,I also have some experience in the field of arbitration.If I have to describe myself then my answer would be that I am a jack of all trades master of none .At this point in my life I am not great at any particular law , however I get a lot of exposure to a variety of different cases dealing with different laws.So ,in a simple manner I am just trying to be good at finding the suitable provision of law or a judgment in our favour to win the case for the client.In short I think a good lawyer is not the one who has a lot of knowledge but he is the one who knows where to find that particular piece of information which is very crucial for his case.However ,I have not restricted myself to becoming only a good lawyer but also I am a fitness freak with decent knowledge on exercise science and nutrition.
