System has over 6000 individual forms and processes over 1,000,000 documents per day.Managing Encompass TPO Connect solution, a fully-configurable SaaS portal allowing Lenders to collaborate with Third party originators to speed up loan processing while staying compliant to maximize loan profitability.

Managed Retail trading functionality on customer facing E*TRADE.com and related back-office operations projects. Provided overall mentor-ship to a team of 24 , comprising Engineering Managers, Principals and Staff Software Engineers across multiple geographies. • Develop Responsive, secure, resilient and accessible client side applications• Single page application development with leading frameworks (Angular, React). Social site offered content and interactive community features for Customers and Prospects to interact with rich functionality of discussion boards, real time market sentiments, investor profiles and user generated content to increase customer engagement.Led dev team to make options trading interfaces to be Options Symbology Initiative (OSI) compliant. Supervised complete overhaul of options trading interface includes order ticket, trade orders history, portfolio pages and options chains interfaces.Managed automation of UI localization process using SDL WorldServer translation management system eliminating manual extraction of content from code. Tag management system detected content change automatically from Subversion repo improving time-to-market.

Contributed to numerous short/long run projects for developing new and extending existing E Trade's financial product offerings. Few marquee projects: • PIERS- Developed and deployed Project Initiation, Evaluation, Requirements and Review System (PIERS). Build on PHP LAMP stack, this tool facilitated process for prioritization of IT projects based on financial analysis, technical scoping, and business need. Allowed for a central repository of IT project information for historical purposes.Created file based interface between PIERS system and the existing Project Accounting and HR systems.• Web Development’s Web Request System (WRS) - Lead developer on this web-based workflow management tool specifically designed for web site development. It acts as a traffic manager for change requests to the E*TRADE web site (http://www.etrade.com). With built in approval workflow and roles assignments WRS improves requester/producer/developer relationship by providing the request originator with a communication channel dedicated to getting their work produced.
