I performed a pivotal role in designing and developing a Dynamics 365 CRM application, as an effective team member. I received 3-week in-house training at Microsoft on MS Dynamics 365 platform which spanned CRM development technologies such as C# .NET and JavaScript. My project involved crafting tailored business solutions, collaborating across teams, implementing advanced customizations and integrations, and optimizing processes to enhance operational efficiency. This experience was a great opportunity to foster my teamwork & collaboration and refined my enterprise-level problem-solving abilities, making me an asset for future projects.
