My role involved creating compelling content, analyzing performance through detailed reporting, and using these insights to strengthen our social media presence and engagement.After the separation of FIS and Worldpay, I took on the responsibility of managing the Worldpay’s social media channels, guiding the brand through a smooth transition while maintaining its strong online presence. I led the #VantivVibe project, which effectively highlighted the company’s culture, including team events, CSR initiatives, and volunteer opportunities, achieving over 100,000 impressions within the first year. My role also involved writing press releases, web releases, and articles for PR Newswire and Vantiv.com, contributing to our online visibility and thought leadership. Additionally, I was responsible for producing daily news summaries, delivering key industry insights to over 1,500 employees and the executive team using Meltwater. I successfully planned and launched the "A Tale of Two Wallets" social media campaign, which garnered over 240,000 impressions and 70,000 media views. Furthermore, I executed a paid Twitter campaign for the Vantiv and Google webinar, resulting in more than 400,000 impressions and over 1,000 engagements within a week.
