Possibilities for Change (P4C) is a technology spin-out company from The University of Michigan. The primary focus of P4C is to transform adolescent health through the development of state of the art health care delivery systems designed to support the professional workforce and empower adolescents and their families.

As the manager of an award winning fine dining restaurant I was primarily responsible to direct and facilitate daily operations, develop and instill staff training modules, and provide an unmatched level of customer service. My responsibilities also entailed development and organization of training materials, editing monthly marketing materials, conducting staff reviews, new product research, and maintaining the unwavering standard that has garnered recognition as one of Metro Detroit’s top 10 restaurants with over $1,000,000 in yearly sales. I also, initiated the management of social media outlets resulting in a 200% increase in ‘followers.’
