Manage, strategize, and execute the LEAD Summer Internship Program, designed to introduce college students of color to the ecosystem of philanthropy and social impact.

Coordinate and support the City-Wide Internship Program serving more than 30 interns of color.

Provide operations and administrative support for special events, conferences, and related programming sponsored by the Harris Public Policy Events Office.

Prepare lesson plans and lead small group math instruction for grades 3-6 at LaSalle-Backus Education Campus; develop and supervise safe, healthy, and inclusive before-school and recess recreational programs; encourage student engagement and academic success as an Empowering Males of Color mentor; coach cross country, track, and basketball.

Responsible for organizing a safe, healthy, and inclusive recess program at LaSalle-Backus Education Campus, a District of Columbia Public School. On a daily basis I establish and provide a schedule of class game time activities designed to introduce an inclusive, consciously cooperative approach to sports and physical activity to LaSalle Backus students in grades K- 6. In addition to coaching interscholastic/developmental sports leagues such as basketball, volleyball, and soccer where students build empathy and teamwork, my duties include building play into leadership through the Playworks Junior Coach program. This initiative encourages teams of students to work together to learn games, fair play, and develop positive conflict resolution abilities and to teach these skills and lessons appropriately to their classmates

Assist with legislative research and constituent correspondence for Rep. Hoyer’s Washington, D.C. congressional office. Schedule and lead tours of the U.S. Capitol. Answer and direct constituent phone calls. Conduct general administrative tasks.

Officiate intramural flag football, basketball, soccer, and volleyball games. Oversee player registration, time management, equipment and setup and breakdown of game sites. Enforce rules and regulations.

Engaged and supervised elementary-aged children in recreational and educational camp activities. Planned and implemented programming; ensured campers' safety and participation.

Assisted Brooke with varying research projects, and completed liaison duties to District 46 constituents; completed routine office duties including management of files, organize meeting schedules, and created my own mock bill of Subsided Housing plans in Maryland.
