What do I do? I make sure that the user receives the guidance they need to use the software. Not only with the standard manuals, but also with making sure the text in the software is clear, consistent and self-explanatory. I also work on promoting feature adoption. If users don't know a feature exists, they won't need help in using it. I promote features.
