Managing the B2B business of Metro Pakistan (Cash and Carry) for North Region (Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad and Multan). KPIs include Sales Management, B2B Strategy/Planning, Stocks & Income Management, Initiatives for business etc. Handling iconic channels like HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Caterers) and Office & Institutions.

-Responsible to manage B2B Business of Metro Pakistan Pvt Limited and retaining multiple gaints accounts/industries by fulfilling their requirements. -Responsible for a total annual business of Rs. 300 million through HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurants and Cafes) and O&I (Office & Industries). Managing key accounts with special focus on credit management, account reconciliations, monthly ordering and opportunities for growth.KPIs are stock management, Forecasting (B2B Planning), Sales, Total Income Margin, Customer loyalty, Customer buying behaviour etc.

-Underwent rotations during the first few months and developed understanding of the basic processes involved in Development, Designing and APK.-Responsible to increase the numeric figures of overall sales and Income of Futive TechNet through local and Foreign Market. Looking after two main platforms to generate numeric Sales. -Responsible to manage Social Media queries, Designing queries, Product shoot, Ad Campaign & Ad Account. Furthermore making strategy plan along with the customer to increase overall sales.

-Responsible for a total annual business of Rs. 140 million through three channels; HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafes), HELT (Health, Education, Leisure & Travel) and B&I (Business & Institutions). Managing key accounts with special focus on credit management, account reconciliations, monthly ordering and opportunities for growth.- Responsible for effective placement of Nestle Professional Assets like Vending Machines and Chillers at profitable areas. -Execute daily monitoring of the customers against the defined KPIs.

Main duties were assisting clients with services such as help customers open up checking and savings accounts, issuing cheque books and ATM cards.
