Responsible for client deliveryo 3G Pre-paid Launch for VEON - One the most important projects was the integration of Charging System with PCRF and HLR along with 3G pre-paid services launch. Managed the design of the call flow and rolling out 3G services for existing subscribers. It was an extremely successful launch with no issues for any service.o Drop Call Incentive - Designed, implemented and currently maintaining a custom script which was developed to cater for marketing requirements to post free minutes into users accounts if their call is dropped due to network problem. This was not possible with charging system so Ericsson sourced all MSC CDRs, designed a script to filter drop call events, implemented revenue leakage checks and converted into a batch file for free minutes posting.o Manual Re-rating of Billing CDRs to avoid Revenue Loss - Due to an incorrect configuration done by client on the billing system all CDRs were 0 rated. VEON requested an urgent assistance in re-rating ALL Data CDRs for one month in order to avoid huge revenue loss. Successfully managed rolling out custom script which re-rated the CDRs and then ran the script manually for VEON. Total revenue loss avoided was in excess of $1 million.o CEM Solution for Post-paid Data Services - This project was intended to prevent bill shock, reduce churn and increase client satisfaction for the recently launched 3G services. This was an extremely complex project which included the integration of Charging system (HxC, SDP) with Billing system (Geneva, TIBCO), HLR and PCRF.o PostPaid Data Charging Project - Migrated PostPaid VEON subscribers on Ericsson Charging System for rating of data traffic. Led high/low level design, preparation of use cases, integration of billing system with Concurrent HxC Provisioning System and implementation of configuration on Charging System nodes (SDP, AIR , EMM etc.) o Deployed ATL & BTL Integrated Marketing Promotions for feature & smart phones user subscribers

Managed the Global Rental Car Claims solution for the Avis Budget Group, a $5 billion revenue company with head office in New Jersey. The first of its kind implementations of Innovation Claims in USA with a 5 year add-on sales and support contract.This was a huge program of rolling an insurance claims management system to the Avis Budget Car Rental Group globally. Leading a multicultural team of 35 resources who were spread across three different continents and managing a multi-million dollar budget, I successfully managed to roll out this application across the entire organization.
