1. Own and execute Grameenphone ESS architecture with major focus in CRM, IPCC & Frontline Systems to move towards target architecture 2. Preparation of network design in ESS arena 3. Preparation of RFI, RFQ and vendor technical evolution for new solution in the respective field 4. Responsible for managing “Application Development” with co-ordination of GPIT and other OEM and SI for CRM, and other Frontline Systems (i.e. eCare, contact centre, MVS and other frontline systems etc) 5. Responsible for “Change Management” with co-ordination of GPIT and other OEM and SI for CRM, Provisioning & Frontline Systems (i.e. eCare, IPCC, MVS and other frontline systems etc

• Application & Software (OCS, NGBSS, VAS, Cloud) Products technical solution development & delivery for 3 (three) key accounts in Bangladesh. • Act as a leader as overall solution spokesperson for the only private telecom operator in Bhutan.• Leading from the front as Pre-Sales personnel in Bidding and post-sales personnel in delivery phase.• Make sure smooth deployment of solution and services during project implementation phase.• Identifying opportunities and develop comprehensive solutions to meet customer needs. • Develop brand image of Huawei via official communication at expo, fairs and such events.Key Skills: Technical & Commercial Negotiation. • Requirement analysis for new service or service enhancements, Finalize design, dimensioning, integration plan of new service platforms/expansions.• Prepare RFI, RFQ for new service platforms and vendor technical evaluation to select suitable solution.• Support optimization/technology upgrade initiatives within the technology division by aligning service platforms.• Explore new solutions and best practices in service domain to help define or update service layer strategy.• Support 3rd party service integration through various service enablers.• Capacity planning & forecasting for charging & VAS services, aligning with service management strategy, enhancing cross functional VAS initiatives.• Design the architecture for common development platform for developers, integration with charging & Business Support System (BSS).• Be a part of Planning Excellence team, lead cross functional projects on behalf of service planning.Key Skills: Service platform planning skill, SPOC for Cross departments, Planning excellence initiatives.
