CurrentAs a Deputy Manager of IT, the objective is to lead strategic IT initiatives, optimize technology infrastructure, and drive innovation to support the organization's overall objectives and growth.> Coordinate with departmental managers to address and resolve IT issues promptly, ensuring smooth operations across all plant locations, remote sites, and clients.> Ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of Oracle applications and databases nationwide.> Oversee the management and enhancement of Data centers, and business applications for various departments, aligning with business needs and regulatory requirements.> Establish and enforce SLAs to ensure timely execution of all IT-related tasks, including procurement and deployment of assets and resources.> Oversee accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources to support transparent and accountable IT asset management.> Coordinate with department managers at plant locations to address IT issues promptly and implement necessary solutions.> Manage the purchasing of IT equipment, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective procurement practices.> Fine-tune and implement company/group IT policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize IT department operations and infrastructure.> Conduct user requirements analysis, provide training, and offer ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of IT systems.> Oversee IT operations and management at the Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Khanewal, and Karachi locations, ensuring adherence to company/group IT policies, procedures, and best practices.> Manage procurement of various IT equipment and maintain vendor relationships to support operational needs.> Implementation strategies to optimize IT infrastructure and ensure smoother operations for all locations.> Coordinate with stakeholders to identify IT requirements and provide effective solutions to meet business needs.
