Hi, my name is Asaf Hadar.I am a managing partner at The Phoenix Real-Tech and manage one of the leading Investment funds in Israel - Phoenix RE Debt Fund.I dream big and work hard to make things happen. My passions in life are building things from scratch and being a part of people's dreams. Moreover, I love taking a complex project and simply bringing it to life by overcoming all the challenges & obstacles. I characterize myself as – A dreamer and a doer.𝗠𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲I started my career in capital markets back in 2004, right after I graduated with my BA. My goal was to get hands-on experience in any way I can - from Sales and Marketing of mutual funds to structured products, and even brokerage and trading services. As the years passed, I realized it was time to utilize my experience and skills and become an owner, so I created and opened KYC investments with two partners and we merged with Phoenix. This brings me to where I am today, a Managing Partner at Phoenix RE Debt fund.𝗠𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲My role in the business is head of investor relations, sales, and marketing.Our fund focuses on Real Estate credit, data analytics, and technology. It provides credit to developers and contractors in the USA. We focus on short-term loans given to high-quality real estate projects and against a full lien on the real estate property in addition to a personal guarantee of the entrepreneur and an examination of his credit rating.To maximize the quality of the portfolio, we developed a unique model based on Big Data technology for locating residential neighborhoods in the US that benefit from positive real estate momentum.By gaining traction early and building trust with customers and iteratively refining products, we aim to deliver the highest value possible.A lot of my pride comes from the teams of people I brought together who created exciting and dynamic workplaces and achieved incredible results.𝗤𝘂𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗲Simplicity is the ultimate sophisticationThe most powerful leadership tool you have is your own personal exampleIf you want to go fast, go alone.
