- Preparing mechanical designs of complex multidisciplinary systems in the field of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), specifically quadcopters for military purposes.- Managing the electronic packaging and PCB designing process: collaborating with hardware engineers for electro-mechanical & layout design, producing DXF drawings, selecting components and conducting design verification.- Preparing engineering documentations including production drawings, assemblies and instructions for production.- Providing mechanical support for all company departments, especially production line. - Managing subcontractors and service providers to enable fast productions and delivery of prototypes and reduced timelines. - Proficiency at various manufacturing technologies such as CNC machining, sheet metal, 3D printing, composite materials and etc.

- Exclusively leading the composite materials department in the factory: Defining production process instructions, addressing quality issues at the production lineand designing tools and fixtures.- Entering new production materials, processes and innovative machines to enhance product quality and reduce overall costs. - Working with process specification of major aerospace companies such as IAI, Boeing at Lockhead Martin- Identifying a critical malfunction in the company's production process, resulting in a significant improvement in product quality.

- Defining the required test (Non Destructive Test) for each produced part.- Taking part at MRB process
