- Manage the design process from the concept to the construction documents.- Collaboration between designers and consultants, as well as coordination of internal teams (site team, technical team, procurement & commercial) in order to select the most appropriate solution.- Invite, Evaluate, and Award Design Packages to international and local consultants / Designers. - Analyzes stakeholder changes and their impact on the project, and filters change requests, so the project committee can convert them into change orders.- Prepare project area program and area analysis.- Control the Quality of deliverables by performing scheduled checks and conducting coordination meetings between different consultants and specifications to ensure compliance with the design drawings.- Attend & prepare presentations, reports …etc. for clients.- Prepare and release contract technical annexes for tenants and owners. - Prepare inventory schedule matrix for all our units mix. - Monitor Work Progress construction activities to ensure alignment with the project-approved scope and manage site RFIs, Submittals...etc.- Troubleshooting construction problems on site- Keep records for Contracts, addendums, and invoices for external consultants. - Check and approve samples from suppliers/contractors.
