As a recruiter/sourcer based in Salt Lake and recruiting for San Francisco, I am responsible for vetting engineering candidates, outreach, building relationships, supporting them through the interview process, and growing a network.Playing a pivotal role in creating the base of the tech recruiting pipeline by sourcing candidates for software engineering positions and sending them highly personalized e-mails. - At times reviewed up to on average of 200-300 Software Engineer profiles each week. - Sent an average of 100+ personalized e-mails per week. - Played an integral role in doubling our EPAD team from 80 to 160 by Oct. 2016. - Assisted with A/B testing of messaging and subject lines, measuring for open rate success and positive replies.-Managed a recruiters inbox and handled over 200 conversations a week with responses and questions to engineers I have reached out too. -Handled the reviewing and scheduling of recruiters phone screens -Owner of my own pipeline of candidates that have consistently kept the top of the funnel full of for engineering positions. - Have been able to recruit highly specified engineering positions such as Software Engineer (SWE), Front End Engineers, and SRE(Site Reliability Engineers)/Devops. -Assisted Salt Lake Recruiting team by executing initial phone screen calls to candidates and coordinating their tracking in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and seeing them all the way through the process.
