Conduct system analysis to help maximize our customers ERP investments while providing the best experience possible. Daily duties would include research to grow our LMS system, provide end-user support (ERP), and assist with service pack and upgrade implementations. Work as Tier3 support for technical concerns which include support for Active Directory, MS Exchange, hardware configuration, Windows 7 desktop, network configuration, virtualization and general IT inquires.
